Need To be sure - on Listing SS

Any one know?? I have an agent in our office that needs to short sale her house. With Bank of America guidelines, can another agent in our office handle the sale? Or does it have to be in an entirely different office?

The seller can sell their own house, they just can't get a commission. I'm pretty sure their office can collect the commission (but I'm not 110%).. no broker is going to allow their agent to use another company to list their home.
