OK, I'm asking for help . Anyone have any ideas on who to contact?

On May 10th I was issued an Approval Letter on a B of A Short Sale, however the "Must Close by Date" on the Letter is invalid, it was 5 days prior to the issue date of the Approval Letter!

Approval Letter issued and dated May 10th, must close by May 5th

I have contacted Short Sale C/S, spoken with the Negotiator, e-mailed everyone above the negotiator,
which generated a response from the Negotiator's Supervisor and an email telling me that I needed to
complete my pending task to upload the Final HUD.

C/S tells me that they have "escalated"
C/S tells me that they have sent an e-mail to the Closer
The Negotiator says I need to have the Closer send the task back to him, so that he can correct the date.

The phone number for Closer does not work, it rings to the B of A Home Retention Dept.
The phone number for the Negotiator's Supervisor does not work
The phone number for the Closer's Supervisor goes to VM

Anyone have any ideas on how to proceed? An e-mail for anyone that can troubleshoot within B of A?
A phone number that gets answered?

Thanks!

Decided to just stay on the phone this morning until I got this issue resolved. After all the Approval Letter was issued in 60 days, from input into Equator until it was issued. Now it was 24 days into trying to get a revised letter with a valid date so we could close.

Called Short Sale Customer Service, went through it all one more time. The operator gave me to her Supervisor once we were done and she had done everything that she could do. The Supervisor listened and must have thought my points were valid as he said he thought he knew someone that could help.

After I got off the phone I emailed the Buyer's Agent, the Escrow Officer and my Sellers and let them know what I had found out and that I didn't think we would hear anything back or be able to close this week.

An hour and a half later I had an email in my inbox letting me know that B of A had accepted my amended offer. I then had a 2nd email from the MLO - Team Manager Short Sale letting me know that he had just sent the amended Approval Letter. I went into Equator and completed my task and resent the updated HUD. I emailed him back and by the time he had answered, he had also gone in and approved the Final HUD

So, we are set to close in the morning 85 days after originally inputting everything into Equator!

Thanks everyone for all the knowledge you have shared and everything I've learned here
