Be careful - after 3 attempts, it kicks you out for a week. (I think it is 3, I haven't messed with that for many months now.) However, you can usually call in and have a rep re-init it for you instead of waiting.

When you have to upload the offer just put in the real offer amount and then an updated valuation will be ordered during the ss process.

Weird, the site was not telling me I had responses for the past couple weeks..An update, the file never showed an update on Equator..so called in to bofa, where the rep said it had showed in review, then just dropped out..no notes, no response. Customer service e mailed the review team..no response for a few days. then a rejection showed on equator (finally), and it closed me out, saying three attempts had been made (one rejection, one offer)...customer service re-initiated offer, and told me not to input an offer, they were putting directly into review mode. I uploaded authorization and the damage pics..we are at day 4 of waiting for a response. I sooo want to put in the offer, but will call customer service monday again to see what this person says..in or out of review..being in Mn., with no heat they will soon freeze the house out and have even more damage, seller has moved out.
