The fastest and easiest way to an answer and solution is to call SS reps. A lot of things go wrong at BOA and in Equator.
In March, Equator added "transferred" - a pain to me. BOA creates this around the time that they add a negotiator - never bothered to find exactly when. Then, you have a **new** incarnation of the property but your files are with the old one, so you upload again, etc.
When you display your properties, go to the search bar and enter a part of your address and it will display all the incarnations of your property - the last one should be the status of what is going on - and probably killed for some reason, which is why it didn't show up when you displayed your properties.
The other thing is that someone could have called in with an authorization and had BOA move the file from you to them.
Hence, the fastest and easiest answers come from just calling in and asking the rep - they are good at deciphering Equator and screwups in that area.
