This deal was going too smoothly. We were ready to close when termite found mold.
The negotiator agreed to pay the lesser of two bids for remediation. The buyers lender of course did not want to see credit for repairs on a holdback so we asked for a price reduction. Same thing to the HUD really.
In the meantime, negotiator was moved and no one is responding or answering emails. Buyer is ready to walk. The rain is further destroying the house. How do you escalate? I have emailed everyone on the equator list and nothing! (what is VP,SVP,etc. anyway)
The new negotiator has not responded and her phone # goes now to some other dept. with no answering machine, just a message that says the mailbox is full and sending you to an agent... but comes back to the same message in a round robin.
Does anyone have numbers for escalation?

Jan,
Try to find a escalation contact on Jigsaw.com. Hope this helps.
