FYI - Servicer changes

Just an FYI..two of my short sales are changing servicers, possibly to Green Tree, the end of this month. I don't think mine alone where chosen. This could mean a whole lot more of short sales are changing hands. If you have any, call them and check on yours.

Yes, and the bad news is it starts the whole process over again. It takes about a month before the borrower (Seller) gets the new account name and number. Everything that you had submitted has to be resubmitted....had a B of A switch to SLS. Was not a fun process...took 11 months to close from very beginning to yesterday. Hope yours runs smoother.

One cancelled because I have an approval letter on it (but don't believe them) and trying to close before end of the month. The other put in a request to hold off. See how it goes.
