Equator problem? Hit Reject by accident now BofA says I have to start COMPLETELY over?

Hi I'm in desperate need of some advice! I accidentally "rejected" a counter offer from my negotiator via Equator when I was inputting the buyers counter. I did this at night and called the next AM and was told they could reverse it. A week later they're telling me I have to start all over with this buyer as a new offer? Really? I'm actually on hold (37 minutes now) waiting for a supervisor to see if they can help me - ANYONE else have a suggestion?

Have not been in your situation but almost accidently hit the same little ^ key that is so close to the others. Thankfully they have put a little disclaimer in stating that declining their offer and not countering makes you start over. Equator should have come back with another " Are you sure you want to decline this offer message? click here to cancel or proceed.....

It has to be one of the most un-friendly user interface I have come across in my career. I think it won't change unless we all revolt in mass.

I may be writing this with a lot of hate and negativity towards BofA but it is well deserved. There are those that are new to Bank of America short sales and those that are veterans of the 'wars'.

I plan to design a petition / customer survey and will advise when I have it online. Everyone can enter their gripes and at the end of the gripe acceptance timeline, I plan to email it to BofA management. I will let everyone know when I have it online.

Let us know if you are successful in reversing your mistake. What ever happened to the phrase "To Err Is Human?"

Bank of America accidently hit "REJCTED" on one of my offers. We called and they said it was an accident. Two weeks later, we're still waiting for them to get it all figured out. Let me know what happens with it!!

I had the mitigator tell me the same thing 2/25 as equator wouldn't allow her to resend a counter offer? I have restarted a 2nd loan 3 times now that had the first accepted 2/5/10. I have been trying to get someone besides a phone opetator since 3/3/10. If I find a solution I will let you know??

Same happened here. I just resubmitted it and got on with it. I suspect that it isn't an accident, and the negotiator wanted to purge the file, and not get it again.
Hi Sam, I think a petition would be a great thing and to send it to BBB and OCC I think we should make it a news Item too. Let's get their games out into the open for all to see.
