I was wondering if anything needs to be uploaded to equator after taking a listing and prior to getting an offer on a property? Thanks for any help.

I was told I need to have a contract in order to start the process and have the loan number assigned to me. It was a Catch 22 since she could not tell me anymore because I can't load my authorization until that point.
I am interested to hear other responses to this also.
You still can fax in your 3rd party authorization to the bank and call in every week to let them know you are out there and are working the file until you receive an offer. The #s should be on the B o A Group for you. If your client has not been issued a Notice of Default, take note of who you are speaking to when you call the bank, including their id # if they won't give you a last name, and ask them each time if there is a NOD or Trustee Sale Date and to update the file that you called in.
