Can Coop funds be used to pay 2nd lien??

Does anyone know if BofA will allow the use of the coop Relocation funds to be used to pay part of the 2nd lien.  I can get an approval if the BofA will allocate $6745 to the 2nd.  They are only offering $3213.  Can the seller pay the difference with these funds.

Yes you can. They mentioned that in some of the training I did. Keep pushing for them to give more to the 2nd then $3,213. See what you can do

Yes. I have a coop through B of A and they said the seller CAN use the funds to help w jr liens.
