Bank of America Short Sale Package for Self Employed
Hi,
Does anyone know what is required. Which schedules they need or is a summary sufficient. Thanks! Need to get an offer ASAP to get the trustee sale postponed. B of A says that they will close the file by noon today if they don't have what they need. Do they follow through with these threats in your experience. The sale is next Wednesday but looks like my offer won't be in until tomorrow, think they will give me another day should have it by noon tomorrow but I doubt by noon today!

Good luck with BOA they are the worst bank to deal with and yes they will shut you down in a heart beat. It's not a threat. -

Hi Gail!
What is the best number to do this. The problem is that I don't physically have an offer. I have gotten so much interest from this property and an offer in the works. I just don't want to have the file closed out out me before I can get the offer together. HELP!

OMG...just checked my tasks and they changed the date for submitting offer to May 29th. does this mean I have been given some extra time?
