Let me add a little more. We put our offer in Jan 7th. The seller accepted right away. We have been waiting for Bof A to approve our offer. I hae filled a complaint with BBB and have not heard anything. I have emailed the VP and Pres of B of A and have not heard anything from them We have heard from 2 other people at B of A one told us on Friday we would hear something by Tues. Well it is Wed and we have not heard anything. The other person that I am dealing with now tells me she is waiting for the seller to " I am still pending the sellers decision on a few things, he is considering his options and is supposed to get back to me today" what the heck does considering his options mean? What am I am going to do. We are ready for settlement. We have to be out of our apartment by July 31st and our loan ends July 7th. What else can I do? The seller's agent was calling us back and now he will not call anyone back. I am so tired of all this and it is hurting our family. What else can I do?

We have to leave our apartment. They only gave us a 3month extention and said they will not extent it anymore. So we have to be out by July 31st. I am so pissed about all of this. We have been doing this since Jan 7th.

Shoshanna, I wish I had better news for you, and I'm sure some of the agents on here will respond. More than likely they have asked the seller to sign a promissory note and now they have to try to negotiate those terms. Did you receive an approval letter from Bank of America with a close by date? I wouldn't give my notice to the landlord until you have a closing date scheduled and confirmed by the closing attorneys.

We received an approval letter in April to close by June 7th. Our sellers let the date come and go without any communication to us. Our closing attorney was never able to get the information they needed from the sellers to complete the closing. We finally walked away after waiting nearly a year for the house.
