I m on a BoA second that has been 90 days plus. The BPO was done 12/5/2009 and they didn't get to it in Dec.Then we started over in Equator Jan 1 2010 new BPO and when the negiotator suggested I hit the reject button 2/25/2010 so she could send me a new offer?? That was within 2 days of being signed off. And we all know the drill?? It was gone? Can someone direct me to someone who cares this buyers attorney is canceling to transaction 3/31/10. I am tired of 20 plus hrs a week on the phone and emailing trying to reach a person who can actually do something.

I found out you can email the negotiator's "Team Leader" thru Equator. I did that with a file after the negotiator was past due on a task 3 days got a response in a matter of minutes and was contacted by the negotiator shortly after.
I've also had to go above closing officer's heads. Christine Eraso is one of the managers at the closing department at BOA her email is [email protected]
I had submitted a final HUD to the closing officer 72 hours prior to closing as stated on the approval letter. It took her 5 days to look at it and rejected it because the date on the HUD has passed. So I sent in a new one and the same thing happened, the closing officer did not review for 5 days and rejected it again. So after submitting a new HUD1 for the 3rd time and not hearing back for 2 days I called Equator and I was given Tina's information. I explained the situation to her and got the HUD approved in a matter of minutes.
It is strange though that some customer service reps will not give you the negotiators managers info, and some will. I do have an inside track to get the manager's info, we list REO properties for BOA among other lenders, and when I run into an issue with a short sale, I can call one of the asset managers we deal with on a daily basis and they can look up who their managers are.
