A bit off topic....

I have an approval letter and was nearly ready to close but my lender now tells me they are no longer closing USDA loans. I would prefer not going FHA and putting 3.5% down .... does anyone know of a lender who will still close USDA loans in Missouri?

USDA loans will probably be funded later this Fall, October is the most likely. There may be a lender who shoulders the burden should the USDA not fund later, but most will not be willing to take that risk.
