Submitted package on 10/25

We got a rejection with 30 days.  Too low.

Submitted new package and got acceptance yesterday.

I never spoke to the negotiator once and got only 3 emails from him. 

Full release of deficiency.

No 1% buyer fee either. 

I spoke to the homeowner today and told them.  I called the buyers agent today and the buyers are out of town until after the New Year.  :(  AND AMHSI only gave us 30 to close.

They took 85% of the BPO price

I immediately wrote in and asked for them to give us at least till the end of January.

This one has gone well.

I have one other that I got approval on in November.  NUMEROUS title issues including TWO undischarged previous mortgages.  The negotiator just said if we don't close by December, they are withdrawing the approval :(  the title attorney is doing the best possible but is at the mercy of other title companies.

I'm bummed because the buyer has totally hung in this long (9 months) and it's not the buyer's fault that there are issues with the title. 

They took 98% of a paid appraisal price
