I need help and someone to point me in the right direction. After 7 months of listening to the Listing agent (who in my opinion doesn't know anything about short sales) "The Bank is still processing"
I took it upon my self to email Jim Davis and to my surprise a receive a phone call next day from a Homeward representative telling me that they nothing was being process for that property.
I immediately informed the Listing Agent who had no clue because he had faxes proving he did fax all the info. To make a long story short we started the whole processing all over again back in the first week of July 2012, by the first week of Aug they order a new appraisal and we still not have a negotiator.
How can I get this escalated to someone so my case will be assigned to a negotiator?? When ever I call Homeward they tell my I'm not allowed to receive information because I'm not the owner or listing agent but apparently I'm the only one interested in getting this deal closed.

The only way you can talk is if the Seller gives you permission. If you were my buyer, I would be showing you other property after 3 months, with absolutely no movement.
AHMSI is not fun to work with, but all banks have gotten better about processing short sales.
