Have you faxed AHMSI and gotten confirmation only to have them say they haven't rec'd it?

I'm SO sick of AHMSI. This is my second short sale with them. I fax the packets and call two days later and nothing shows in their system. MY TWO faxes say they have been recieved. I'm off to overnight it which will tack on ANOTHER two days and we have an auction of the 12th. I can't stand working with them.
