AHMSI Form of Communication
The negotiator from AHMSI will only communicate via telephone. She will not give me an email address. I just recently got a more direct fax number.
After I initially sent in my short sale package, it took 3 months to get the first response.
If I leave a fax message or voice message, I don't get any response, so I have no idea whats happening.
I even tried her name in an email, that didn't get rejected, but again, no response.
Is anyone getting an email address, or is the telephone their only motive of operation?

Rick who is your the negotiator assigned to your file? Normally email is [email protected] Normally turn around time is much quicker then that!

The negotiator is Latonya Folson. I actually read an article about someone getting their short sale approved with her and felt good about getting her assigned. Then reality sat in when she would not respond to me.

They have been HORRIBLE to deal with. Do not return calls, negotiators, managers, manager's manager -- We bugged them for three months, closed out the file, started it over again, and ended up with the same DO-NOTHING negotiator. Time to write Senators, Congressmen, and .... who else do you recommend?
