Patriot Bank

Has anyone ever done a short sale with Patriot Bank? I think they are a regional bank.

I'm getting ready to do one on a property in Plano, Texas and am looking for any "corporate knowledge" on Patriot Bank.

Especially since when my homeowner asked them about doing a short sale they said, "they don't do short sales"!

How many times have I/we heard that as the initial response? ;-0
