Help I'm the buyer agent on this short sale.   We have the approval from the 1st & 2nd.  The2nd has gone to a collection agency and is not willing to reduce.  They want $10K.  The 1st,OCWEN is a FredieMac loan and they will only allow $3000 to the 2nd Lien holder.   The buyer is willing to pay the Difference of $7000, but OCWEN said no.  The additional funds for the 2nd are not coming out of their (OCWEN) bottom line why would they care if the buyer will pay the difference?  Any suggestions? We must close next week.
