ARASS
Just got a request from our BofA negotiator via Equator for an ARASS. I have the RASS form, but not ARASS and can't seem to find it anywhere. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks!

The ARASS form is normally sent to the Seller to sign. Check with your Seller to see if they have received it. If they don't have it, you can call the HAFA department and have them upload it to you on the Equator to have your Seller sign it. The original have to be signed and mailed and you also have to fax it to the fax number given on the form and you have to upload it as well in the Equator. I had to do this with my Seller.
