Will FNMA HAFA short sales be adopting new HAFA updates June 1?

Does anyone know if FNMA will be updating their HAFA program guidelines in accordance with the HAFA updates effective June 1? More specifically will they be removing the delinquency requirement?

Have spoken to FNMA and HAMP helpline and have not been able to get any answers....

Would appreciate any input.
