HI , been working a short sale with Wells Fargo , appraisal has been done , accepted their counter offer . been told since JUNE 20, awaiting approval . this is a delegated file . Now im told they want a contractor to go in to verify the construction costs . I have never heard of this before !!!! We are waiting 3 MONTHS for approval !!! any ideas ? office of the president cant help since its in foreclosure litigation ( stalled with shortsale) is there any contact to an admin with Wells Fargo . Please . thank you
