As most of you know Fannie Mae is creating havoc in the short sale world with their new way of placing values on short sales. Basically they are pulling very unrealistic and inflated values out of their fanny!

The petition is a great idea until you find out that the white house occupants and support staff are all in on the housing boom and bust and don't care to help.

Hello,
I have tried to sign the petition but I have tried to create an account twice now to no avail. I get the response that the page is unavailable. Is anyone else experencing this issue. Is there another way to sign the petition?

Since this petition has expired, I was wondering if maybe a Change.org petition might get more steam. Any thoughts?
