Short Sale Closing

After 4 to 5 months of wating to sale my home faxing paperwork back and forward,The lender changing from Litton to Ocwen constatly asking the realtor about the moving expense money. I am now told three days before closing that I will not be getting this. I asked the realtor she says that she is not sure why call the title company. I do not think that this is right.

Do you have a copy of the submission or prelim HUD-! including the moving expense? Do you know who the investor is? Is it HAFA eligible?

No I do not have a copy of the submission or prelim.
