Prepare buyer & seller with time frames, potential delays & favorable options for all. Make certain you submit a "complete package & confirm with lender in writing" Do NOT accept NO as an answer. IF FHA file a ticket for additional support. Same with Fannie & Freddie loans. Is it HAFA eligible? go to your Congress and/or file with CEO of lender to inform on issues. Request to escalate when needed. Always keep a paper trail.I have closed 99% successfully. Professional behavior with consistent follow up! Remember ALL sellers have options vs. foreclosure! Only accept the best results with favorable results for your clients.
