POPA- Has anyone dealt with POPA??

I am hoping to hear any feedback from anyone dealing with POPA in either a short sale or bankruptcy. I have a seller that just contacted me to do her short sale and explained she is in Active bankruptcy with POPA. I would love to know what I am up for with them. Thus far seems like it is going to be a tough bank to deal with.
