For a PNC second, I am held up in QC and I have been told by customer service to just wait 10-15 business days. I have heard this over and over and I am impatient and want to escalate this file. We postponed the sale date once and they told me they would move quickly to approve and close before the next sale date. Other cs ppl tell me that they are soo backed up and over whelmed and take the files in the order they come. Of course by the time they review the file most docs are outdated. Anyway I want to escalate this file within PNC, any VP, or upper management contacts out there. Soo very much appreciated! Also I want them to know that everyday they drag it out the payout to them is about 100.00 less, so why wouldn't they see that and move it! Any help would be appreciated first timer with PNC!!!! The first Citibank is being paid in full and via foreclosure PNC will not get anything, love to remind upper management of this little tidbit!
