PennyMac short sale

Have you had success with a PennyMac short sale? What was thier turn around time?

I did, they are pretty fast. The 1st time around was great, but the 2nd one I did with them the value came in too high and they made my client sign a document that said they would do deed in lieu after 90 days, hoping the next BPO comes in better.
