Hello Everyone! 

I am new here to this forum. I see that everyone is extremely helpful with each other in providing valuable advice and resources related to short sales. I am curious to know if most everyone does there own short sale processing and negotiating or sometimes uses a professional back office processing company? 

The reason why I ask, is because we have numerous short sale companies using our software at theloanpost.com that are growing their national foot print and realtor network.
