Need to start process again!

B of A has the 1st, credit union the 2nd. B of A approved sale, c.u. just responded and says seller may not receive relocation funds. Instruct me to tell b of a they need to start all over again. Has anyone experienced that ?? They said it needs to go through hafa.

Any advice out there?
