Need Referral in Ashburn Virginia

Anyone here work in the Ashburn, Virginia area? I need to refer a seller to someone with demonstrated experience with short sales. She is going to be moving out here to Oregon to take care of aging parents and is upside down. No other demonstrated hardship than that so it might be a tough sell to the lender. She wants to try HAFA with the new guidelines that wont ding her credit. Let me know...
