Navy Federal

Does anyone have any experience with Navy Federal Credit Union. They have had the short sale file I submitted for almost six weeks. It has finally been assigned to a specialist. I asked today what is the typical time frame from this point. They told me it would take up to three more months. I couldn't believe my ears. Is that typical for NFCU? Please share with me what you have experienced with them. Thanks.
