I am writing our congressman as to what we have been through with this contract to purchase.As a matter of fact I am forming a realtor committee to contact Washington and let them know that the correspondance and treatment with these short sales is unacceptable. There is no reason why they should have the control they do over other peoples lives when we are simply trying to submit offers on short sales. We as realtors have countless hours invested and they do not even give us any  where to turn. They will not respond to our offers and they simply do not give a dam that there are innocent peoples lives involved in these transactions. Buyers, sellers and realtors that are supposed to be relaying information back to their buyers and sellers and we have no where to turn because the lendors are not willing to correspond with us. They come up with every excuse as to why they lost this document or any excuse to make the deal go sour..They simply do not have a vested interest. These people who we are talking to could care less whether the sellers lives are destroyed or the buyers walk. Which in my case this is the third buyer to walk from their neglegence.
