I just received a call from a person who lives in Gettyburg, Maryland who has a townhome with two loans. Chase - $235K and BofA - $53K.

I'm a short sale agent in Minnesota and this is a referral from one of my clients. Not looking for any compensation, just someone who will take good care of this person.
