Crystal Barajas, Jenny Frazier and Ryan Cunningham at LCS Financial Corp are ROCKSTARS!  Short Sale negotiators, asset managers, reps whatever they are called should learn from these 3.  From intake, to review to Approval in less than 10 days!!  I am still in shock.  Jenny helped me locate this homeowners file. Crystal gladly explained their process and accepted all of the documentation. (No lost and resent data). I received the Approval then Ryan called to follow up on its status and let me know he was there to help.  OMG!  I love them.  I hope they like fruit because an Edible Arrangement is coming their way dipped in Chocolate.  Ocwen passed this file on to them thank God because Ocwen is disorganized and a Hot mess but I found one of their Superstars from this site!!  Kathleen Robinson is a doll.  If Ocwen says they do not have the file keep persisting they can find it or at least tell you who has it.  Good luck!
