I have a client seriously looking at a short sale listing in which "Metro Mortgage Services, LLC" is the professional negotiator hired by the Seller.  I have never heard of them and couldn't find much info. online.  Anyone have experience with this company?  A link to their web site would be great.  Curious what they charge, etc. for their services.

I prefer NOT to use an outside negotiator, but the Listing Agent said it's a done deal with the Seller using them for their short sale.  If we have to go that route, I want to know all the details on this company.
