Inymac / Service Link

I have a file with Indymac where the negotiation was outsourced to Service Link. After some communication with the negotiator at Service Link now I just can't seem to get an email from him. Does anyone have any helpful hints on escalating in this situation? I have already tried going back to indymac but they just send me back to Service Link and I don't have a general working ph # for Service Link so that I could escalate to the negotiator's manager.
