IBM - better short sale service?

Has anyone experienced better service with IBM in the past few months? Apparently they dumped lots of money into the short sale arm of business.

Sara. I have had a couple of successful short sales with LBPS but nothing in the last few months. Once I figured out their system I found them fairly easy to work with.
