Has ANYONE closed a short sale with OCWEN lately?

I have a new ss client , Ocwen is the 1st.  I stopped doing BPOs for them a year ago because they NEVER returned calls.  I know their reputation for approving short sales STINKS.  Can anyone give a good review??

I have had a short sale in with them since Feb 19-not one returned phone call, vague returned emails-called the Exec VP-no response.

Good Luck .. they are Bad.  The way I understand Ocwen - and I may be wrong - is that they only service bad loans and make it impossible to short sale or do a mod with their run arounds and additional fees.  They need to be investigated IMO. I know of two home owners that walked from their house and did a DIL and filed BK because of their tactics.
