Oh PLEASE - all you superstars.  Do any of you know the name of someone at Harris Bank?  My friend has a HELOC, her first BofA mortgage is about $245,000, and the HELOC is $180,000.  She is current on the first, but not on the HELOC.  She seriously wants to keep her home, but hasn't been able to find the right person to talk to at Harris Bank.  (BofA has now been sent at least 4 "packages" of her modification info, which they somehow keep losing.)  Any names and/or experiences would help.  We're in Arizona.  Thanks you guys.  I hope one of you can help.
