Please help! I am loving the new Equator.com system set up through BofA, it has been much more efficient than our waiting for approval for a year. I have finally gotten the approval from the negotiator and found out today the buyer can't move forward with the sale. I am receiving a new offer today same price terms etc as the approval all that is different are the names on the approval letter. Before I had to start all over with the process but now with Equator.com can't I just have a new task to put in the new buyer's offer? Please advise on how you have done this before and the best steps to make it as efficient as possible to receive a new approval letter from the negotiator.
