Equator.com

I'm the listing agent on a BOA short sale.  I just uploaded the information to the equator site.  The only thing that equator has requested is the Letter of Authorizatioh to Release Information, which I also uploaded.  I am trying to short a conventional loan.  Can someone tell me what steps I need to take or what I need to do as this is my first short sale with equator....not my first short sale....so I know I need an offer to submit to the bank.

Once you have ATC submitted the next step is to have your seller call the bank. They will be asked for their email and directed to a B of A short sale sight where they will log in and answer financial questions, upload bank statements, etc.
You will NOT be able to proceed until this step is done. Once your client has a password you can go in and upload info. once the seller gives you the password.
