Hi David,

An agent in my office is certified, and she said not to bother - it is just a waste of time and money. She has learned most of what she knows through trial and error and just muddling her way through. She was lucky to get some really good negotiators who cleared up questions that weren't covered in the class. They keep trying to get her to upgrade, but she isn't going to do it. I have been to her with questions and she is just as puzzled as I am over some aspects of the system.
