COLORADO FORECLOSURE/TRUSTEE SALE TIMEFRAME

DOES ANYONE KNOW the Colorado State Trustee Sale law ? Is it a non-judicial 90 day or less notice process? thank you

We are in CO and Ron is correct. It is 110-125 days from filing, non-judicial process that is administered by the County Public Trustee (an elected official). 90% of counties have online searchable databases. Homeowner redemption no longer exists.
