Can only deal with local office of Citi. Local office states Citifinancial is different from CitiMortgage. Calling 800 nos. - they flip you back to local office. WF wants Citi to provide short sale approval letter with acceptable payoff - Citi says this is against company policy - they simply won't do it. WF states we can possibly get it done by end of month if Citi cooperates and provides the one missing piece. Investor on first is Freddie Mac. Foreclosure process well underway.
