WE got verbal approval from negotiator after agreeing to raise the sales price $from $142,500 to $145,00. Since that time he has not responded to us which was 30 days ago. His VM(no email at chase) says he will contact us every 7-10 days so only leave one message. We did that the first couple weeks while we where working on the second. We have still not gotten a response so we have left multiple VM's amd escalated to mangers VM and still no response. Any ideas or contact emails for management?

You definitely need to escalate the file above and beyond the 9-5 negotiator. I will private message you a couple contacts.

Brett that would be awesome. Has not been a big deal except we are getting close with the second now. My email is [email protected]
I would like a Chase management contact also.  Here is why.  I am selling a 2BR condo.  It is in a HAFA program at Chase.  My BPO says $140-150K. Their appraiser said $225K. I have had four offers in 306 days, all around $140K. The seller has signed an ofer for $144,500. Chase may go ahead and foreclose. A recent foreclosed listing nearby brought $57,500. What is wrong with these people?  I need someown with a brain and some authority.  My email is [email protected].
