BOA - how much are they allowing for junior liens? I had a second turn up on title.

Does anyone know how much BOA allows to pay out on junior liens?

6% of balance or $6,000 max. You might be able to get an exception for more, depending on how high the balance is on the 2nd but it will take a fight. Best of luck!!
