BoA FHA ss Florida

Here is the latest news on what hopefully will be home. My question is does anyone have any advise on about how much longer this will take from here because my realtors assistant doesn't seem to know and that is who I am frequently stuck dealling with. The appraisal was scheduled for Monday afternoon. I can't seem o get an answer if it was actully done so I will assume it was. She also stated this: the negotiator was assigned Thursday (10/18) and she is sending the short sale packet to me. It will be sent in asap.
I really just want to knowhow much longer we are dragging this out. Any info please

I guess I should also add that the home was not pre approved for short sale so we have had to wait the whole time for the home to get approval. It spent over 2 months in home retention because the realtor on the house said they did not want to spend time on it theymay not get paid for if they could not find a buyer. So all the paperwork for the ss request ie.. his financals and so forth were sent with my contract to buy. We have been waiting for months and months now. I don't know if that makes a differene but I know most I read people are actually ready to sell when they start marketing. My contract had to have an extion addendum filed while it sat in home retention.
