Bank of America no longer working with LRC

I have a HAFA approved short sale that has probably been sitting on someone's desk for over a month. I finally found out that after not getting any response from the negotiator that as of this week BOA is no longer working with the department that has my file known as LRC. Files are "supposedly" going to be transferred to UTLS. If you have anything with LRC contact UTLS immediately and get them to help you move everything over. They will not inform you about this and you will only receive dead silence.

I'm working a coop and it was transferred, already approved hafa at receive offer stage. The first offer just disappeared in Equator after 2 days. I resubmitted and checked the next day it disappeared again. I called and AMS said it was in the process of being transferred that's why it kept deleting the offer- really?check back in a couple of days has been a week so far. I think we're in for another disappointing season with B of A. They are reverting--again.

Aneetra, Equator is somewhat ugly.  There are technical issues that Equator people do not properly tackle, but their reps are honest and do try to help - get to them via chat in Equator. 

BOA has their "technical staff" who supply forms and support for Equator and their support is woeful.  Recently, BOA seems to have stopped trying to just make the email addresses work in Equator.  BOA is in charge of those, too.  LRC, etc. will give you their own email addresses and essentially bypass Equator for communications.  In other words, with BOA and Equator, expect screwups often, having to resubmit often and lousy technical support.

To find files which have disappeared, enter some of the info in the "search" and all those hidden incarnations will appear.  What you should see is each one that was killed because of some bozo activity at BOA or something breaking at Equator and now this "new" transferred state.  I'm guessing that you'll see your submitted offers in this list.

Maybe that helps?  (Reverting..? As in, BOA was better at one point?)  BTW, do you find it interesting that a transferred state is incapable of moving the files from where you put them to this new state?  How does that make sense at any level?

UTLS and AMS, both which BOA use, are nightmares.  I have had all my files pulled and worked internally at BOA through the escalation department.  I do not know anyone who has positive comments on those two.
