Hi Tricia,

I just closed one with them in Nov. It took 7 months from the second offer we submitted. ING refused the first offer we had and asked us to counter the buyer. ING wanted a price higher than the current market value. When we got the second offer, the property did not appraise.They eventually did come down to the appraised price which was the true market value.
